Common questions
How do I book a ride?
Right now, call us at (425) 770-1419 to book a chauffeured ride. When VoziNow launches on iPhone and Android, you'll be able to book in the app.
I left something in the car
Call or email us as soon as you can. Tell us the date and time of your ride and describe the item. We'll contact your driver and arrange a way to get it back to you.
I have a question about a charge
Email us with the date of the ride and the last four digits of the card you paid with. We'll look into it and correct anything that went wrong.
How do I cancel a ride?
Cancel from your trip screen in the app, or call us for a phone booking. If a cancellation fee applies, you'll see it before you confirm.
I want to report a safety concern
If you are in danger, call 911. For anything else, call or email us and tell us what happened. We take every report seriously and will follow up with you.
How do I delete my account?
You can delete your account in the app or by contacting us. See Delete your account for the steps and what happens to your data.
