Delete your VoziNow account
VoziNow is an app from Medici LLC. You can delete your account and personal data at any time, in the app or by contacting us.
Option 1: Delete it in the app
- Open VoziNow and go to the Account tab.
- Tap Delete account.
- Confirm. We'll sign you out and start deleting your account.
Option 2: Ask us to delete it
Email us from the email address on your account, or call us. Include the phone number you use to sign in. To protect your account, we may send a one-time code to that number to confirm the request is from you.

What we delete
- Your profile: name, phone number, email address and photo
- Saved places and saved payment methods
- Location history linked to your account
- Your ratings and messages, once they are no longer linked to an open trip or dispute
What we keep, and for how long
Some records must be kept by law even after you delete your account. We keep them separately and use them only for these purposes.

How long it takes
We finish deleting your account within 30 days of your request. If you have an unpaid balance or an open dispute, we'll tell you and finish once it's resolved.
